Marci may be known for her kickboxing and yoga skills, but it's her role as an innovative educator that makes her a champ amongst the JEC team! Marci earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at the University of Vermont and holds a dual Masters degree in Special Education and Reading from Hofstra University. Marci was a calm, cool and collected 3rd grade teacher in the Island Trees Public School District on Long Island for seven years. She resigned her tenure to stay at home with her children- Josh and Lucy. But this energetic educator couldn't sit still for long! She founded and headed up a successful tutoring business on Long Island, introducing interactive games and small group classes, as a way for students to get the most impact from their learning. Behind the scenes, she coordinates this talented staff to make Legacy a world champion program!
