What’s Your Problem? A Jewish guide to Psychology and Self Improvement.

We all have issues to work on, right? If you disagree, then you really have a problem. Join R’ Zalmen for this in-depth look at the Self- Improvement, or "Musar" movement of 19th century Eastern Europe. Turns out Jewish people were talking about the subconscious way before Freud. Come learn more about how we can apply this method to our daily lives.
